Budget
At Theme Queen, we work within your budget to create the perfect party. Of course, there are different tiers to consider for activities, animation, food, decor, and other fun theme-related ideas. We'll start with a Zoom meeting to discuss your financial tier, priorities, and per-person allowance. After that, we'll develop a project outline, schedule, and budget that suits your needs. We'll share that with you and then start prepping for the queened: Theme Party of the Century!
Activities
At Theme Queen, we believe that a party is not complete without activities and experiences. Our party services come with games, decor, catering, and photography to suit your theme. We will set up the decor, deliver the food/drinks, present the activities, and any other special requests so that it's a hands-off experience for the host. You can pick any theme you'd like and we'll tailor the party accordingly.
Decorations & Loot Bags
Our decorations will fit the theme of your choosing. Your party idea can be as abstract as you want and we will dress up your space to the theme. Balloon displays, streamers, tablecloths, utensils, plates, cups, etc. We can customize your party as well with custom t-shirts, guest tags, personalized kits, and named cups with our Cricut machine!
Invites, Program, & Scheduling
Invites can be sent electronically by the Theme Queen to all party goers. If the Theme Queens are coming to you, we will also take care of the program and logistics for the day, including a day-of schedule and budget overview. Want to schedule in your next event?
